This project is was constructed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with Gibson O’Connor. The project includes the construction of a new split level building containing 4 x 100m2 tenancies, 1 x170m2 tenancy with a mezzanine floor, and a 2 level 600m2 tenancy, soon to be occupied by a dental surgery and containing a lift, internal stairwell and fire sprinkler systems, all with 20 adjacent car parks
